Solved: Storage HD has invisible Un-removable filesystem
I plugged in an old Seagate 280GB deleted the OS and and a bunch of other stuff there are some files remaining, Its sort of nub but I cannot delete these files. Is there a way to remove the files without formatting the hard drive?

The files in question are hidden, I have enabled show hidden files, but I still cannot see them- There are about 17,000 files total. cookies mostly.

this next pic is me unselecting "read only"

Defraged using System Mechanics right click defrag and Deleted.
