This is a false positive from Windows Defender (it is actually alerting on one of Trojan Remover's processes). We have been in contact with Microsoft, who have confirmed the issue and state that it will be fixed in the next Windows Defender database update (whenever that is!). For now, I suggest the next time the alert appears you select the option to "Review" the alert; on the next screen, click on the blue hyperlink labelled "Review items detected by real-time protection". On the screen that appears, toggle the Action to "Always Allow" and click on the Apply Actions button at the bottom. Nigel ThomasSimply Super SoftwareSupport: www.simplysup.com/support/Frequently

Yesterday when I started to scan with your product Windows Defender put up a box that said it had detected Trojan:Win32/AgentBypass.gen!K. I checked and this is a backdoor Trojan.Your scan does not detect nor does any of the other protection scans when I run them. The only time I see it is if i start your scan then and only then does Windows Defender say it is there .

Does this make sense and should I follow their direction on this.I am running Windows Vista
