At the end of November my mother forgot her msn.com password and got locked out. I created a live.co.uk acount to email them requesting access to that account. I set up live.co.uk so username and password were remembered on her pc. She told me a few days ago that she cant get in on that either even with auto sign in she gets the error code. Today however my ex happened to mention that this morning it happened to him too - i set up his account on a completely different pc in a different area of town. I just tried my live.co.uk account and its same error codes.
When u try the password reset you do not get the question that was originally input when the accounts were set up - as i set up all 3 accounts i know.
Is this a msn live problem or is there a virus and how do i sort it out?
