hello guyz....
this is what ive done sofar to try to solve the issue

-downloaded this file(http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/er...anti-virus-80/)
-complete uninstallation of the software(deleting registry keys for AVG) deleting the folder in C:\
-manual search for the said file no avail.
-inside the download folder its completely blank(already set show hiiden files or folders)

any other suggestion ?
Still wanna use the AVG software thou

avg isn't the best, just to let you know. avast and avira are much better. i recommend using avast.

that's weird though.
