Thumbs up Solved: AVG Email Scanner (Active/Inactive Issue)
AVG EMAIL SCANNER ISSUE - Active/Inactive

I've been having a problem with the AVG Internet Security 8.0 - Email Scanner becoming Active and then becoming Inactive, the solution to this problem for anyone else out there who maybe experiencing the same issue...
Open - "My Computer" (On Desktop or go to Start Menu)
then open "Hard Drive"(usually C
then open "Program Files"(Folder)
then open "AVG" (Folder)
then open 'AVG8" (Folder)
then "Double left click" the AVG Icon with "avgemc" underneath it...
this will appear to have done nothing at all - but this will infact reactivate the Email Scanner in AVG and it will then remain "Active"
Hope this helps anyone else out there who may be having the same problem.. regards Liz Tuck...
