Xp slow-random restart
*posted this in Xp forum instead, can't fidn the delete button. But if you know a solution, please answer over there!!!*

So It was working fine one day, then the next day I boot it up and it gets to the desktop but it's so incredibly slow loading the start up stuff, which is pretty basic as it is...

It goes immensly slow loading or doing anything. I double click on something and it takes maybe 3 mins to register and come up, then anything done with that program takes like another 2... Then it restarts. It's at intervals from like 4-10 mins upon reaching the desktop. Then it boots up, I log in, get back to the desktop, and it does the same thing in a continuous loop.

The very odd part, is that I can get into safe mode, and even safe mode with network access and it doesn't reboot and do the ungodly slow thing.(but I'm on my laptop now, it started two weeks ago and I've yet to have time to take to fix it)

But I run Norton antivirus and malwarebytes in safe mode and neither find anything...

Any clues guys? This sucks, and this laptop is kinda crappy to use compared to the desktop.
