My ports won't open.

Hello, i was trying to open my ports for utorrent and i know how to open them and i followed portforward.com and i did it correct. But they still won't open i have a netgear DG834G router and kaspersky anti virus with a firewall. I can't fulsh my dns cache if that matters. Any one got any idea on how to fiz it would be greatful thanks.
