Solved: Which browser should I use?
A computer guy once told me that firefox 2 is better than ff3. I have ff2 now, but it keeps crashing every once in a while, so I'm thinking to go to ff3.

In general, how do I know if my browser has the latest security patches and updates?

Some people think Firefox 2 has less security holes than ff3 just because it has been around longer than ff3 has. I think they are just making up bull-craps.
I personally think Firefox 3 is better and more secure than ff2.
So, if you want to browse safely use firefox 3 with sandboxie.

You can check the latest updates/patches by going to
Help -> Check for updates

Dear rOadToIS,
Yes ,FF3 with the "No-script"add-on is fine but there are some limitations as iam finding out! FF3 with this add-on is not allowing me to install MY Wot site advisor which i could install in IE just to check!

Opera web Browser perhaps!

I express my sincere regrets to you regarding "sandboxie"!

I think Firefox 3 is definitely a "better" browser than Firefox 2 but Firefox 2 is certainly more mature than Firefox 3. Of course, this will change with time.

Peace...

I hesitated going to FireFox 3 also. I bit the bullet and upgraded last fall. All is well. I'm happy with FF3.
