hi , i have a virus on my computer called koolynoody i ran my anti-virus scan but it did not get rid of it i dont know what to do. it keeps coming up in spyware scan when i start my computer i downloaded ca internet security suite after the virus showed up. is it too late ?

You'll need to 'report' this thread to ask for it to be moved to the Malware forum.
Please be patient as there aren't that many qualified Malware experts but there are loads of people seeking their help.

The General Security forum is only for general questions regarding security software and things of that nature but not for actually removing malware as we have qualified helpers who are the only members who are authorized to assist with those matters. You can easily identify them as they have either a gold or blue shield beside their usernames. Please refer to this excerpt from the rules:
