My system keeps restarting
My computer keeps frequently restarting on its own, and a blue screen pops up. This screen says something like: "Your system has been shut-down, blahblah" (Something like this: http://www.dashboardwidgets.com/show.../BSOD-0p6b.png). And it also says something about needing adequate disk space. I ran a disk defrag (AusLogics Disk Defrag), is that all I needed to do? It hasn't shutdown in about 40 minutes so did the disk defrag solve my problem?

Can we get the exact error message or at least the error code? I can't see why defrag would do a thing but since it had some affect it might be a good idea to run chkdsk /r from a cmd prompt.

Well I ended up having to wipe it, and reinstall the settings (I think it had a virus anyways). Which, is too much of a problem for me because all my pictures I uploaded to my photobucket page, and all the other items on my computer were just a few games. I will just simply re-download them. Btw, I got the virus by downloading this leeched thing (I didn't know it was leached ). I have learned my leason on what to download/trust and what not to download/trust.

Thanks for your suggestion though, even if it would've worked I would've had to of reinstalled eventually because of the virus issue =[

BTW: CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY TRUSTED "FREE" VIRUS SOFTWARES? IS AVG MY ONLY OPTION? IF IT IS THAT'S OKAY, IT'S JUST A LITTLE CONFUSING WHEN I TRY TO REMOVE VIRUSES USING AVG.

Avira is the best free one in my opinion, but I would never recommend a free one as I would not trust a system to it.

Do you have experience with using Avira?...I don't want to try something that I haven't used before, as it could be unsafe.

Ugh..I'm getting really frustrated now. I spent 2 hours reinstalling my system, and now it says "Load needed DLLs for kernel". I keep searching and it says I need the repair disk. I'm pretty sure this will work. I just don't know where or if I have the disk!!! Are there any other options? Can I download and copy it onto a blank CD??? PLEASE ANSWER!!!
