Today my computer said it has been invaded by trojans and other viruses. Antivirus 360 is popping up constantly and saying that we need to download their antivirus program. We have constant alerts and reminders. We did not download this program; it just invaded. We are not super savvy computer people. We can follow directions well. We thank you in advance for any help you can give us to clean up the viruses.

The General Security forum is only for general questions regarding security software and things of that nature but not for actually removing malware as we have qualified helpers who are the only members who are authorized to assist with those matters. You can easily identify them as they have either a gold or blue shield beside their usernames. Please refer to this excerpt from the rules:
