Red face Please suggest a Firewall/Anti-Virus app, which allows copy & pasting of filenames?
Thanks in advance to any of you, who might try to help me with this subject.

Do any of you know if Lock N' Stop, Nod32 or any other computer security programs that allow you to copy & paste the filenames or "file paths", which set off the alert-system in any given program like Comodo when you're installing or operating a program?

I asked that because I find it very difficult to save the LONG filenames or paths that show up in each alert-box ("pop-up alert-messages") at the bottom corners of my screen when I'm installing or launching a new program.

I like to save all of the names of the files that set-off my alert-system, but Comodo Firewall doesn't allow me to simply copy & paste filenames like WinPatrol does.

Alerts should be logged within the program so you could access the log reports to get the file names. At least most of the anti-virus programs work that way unless you turn off the logging feature.

Thanks for helping me. Would any of you please tell me specifically which program(s) actually logs all of the filenames & paths of the various programs that set off the alarms in Comodo, Nod32, or any other of the Anti-Virus/Firewall programs?

I'm not sure what you're looking for exactly. I'm using ESET Smart Security (with NOD32) and the files are stored in logs. I can even copy them if I need to, and paste them like in Notepad or something.

Hello HalleluYAH

To view the logs in comodo, open comodo's window and go to

For firewall
Firewall tab > View Firewall Events

And for defense+
Defense+ tab > View Defense+ Events

I don't have comodo's anti-virus installed but it should be basically the same idea,

And other people will have to post how to view logs in other anti-virus's or firewalls since I'm only using comodo.
