My computer doesn't like any internet program except for IE. I installed Firefox, but my computer can't connect to any website using it. I have Limewire. I can't connect to any sites. I can't use AIM. I downloaded Spybot (using IE) and can't install it because the program needs to connect to a server... and my computer won't let it.I simply do not know what is wrong. I've tried turning off Window's firewall but it didn't do anything to let the non-IE programs connect. Please help! The only thing I can think of that I did, that might have caused this program, was delete the AOL software that came installed on my computer because it caused the machine to crash hardcore.

What do I need to tell you in order to get this fixed up?

u can try by installing that AOL once again and then uninstalling it

Remove(uninstall) Limewire and add Comodo firewall. http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.c..._firewall.html .You can choose the option of installing the standalone firewall.Best wishes!
