Can one of the mods recommend a good free spyware programme what I can download, I had Spybot but tried to run the update version and unable to update as keep getting error message " timed out " ?? so uninstalled olld version tried again to download with no success ( tried 5 times from 5 differnt sites ) thx in advance ..Chris
