Unhappy Help w/ Defender Pro 2009 5-IN-1
I bought this virus removal program from Walmart. I did as it said, and removed all previous anti-virus programs from my laptop, hp, windows vista. After installing and registering this program, my laptop will no longer access the internet AT ALL! I checked connection which says "connected, excellent signal strength" and I even directly connected the ethernet to the laptop and still, every time I go to open a window to access the internet it will start to access then give me a DNS error on the bottom left of the page. When checking for problems it tells me that my computer is connected to the internet. I have NO idea what to do and the only thing I can remember is that just before registration of this program was complete upon installation, there was a question regarding DNS, I just left it blank and clicked NEXT button. Please help!

Try re-installing the program and note what it is asking of you regarding DNS. If you're not clear what the installation program is asking you, then you can post that question here.
