Solved: Can't remove Norton Internet Security
Trying to install CA anti-virus, thus NAV had to be removed first. CA is telling me that there is still a conflict with NAV. NAV still shows in the add/remove program listing, but I tried deleting it agian to remove whatever vestige of NAV that remained and I get "module is missing" error message. On the add/remove program list where it would normally show how many MB the various apps are, it is blank for NAV. It looks as if the program was deleted but something is still there that is conflicting with the new installl of CA. I tired deleting the registry enties associated with Norton, tried re-installing the old Norton version and them re-deleting it, but no success. There is still some conflict lingering in the background.
Any suggestions? (Running Vista on the laptop)
Thanks
