Yes it is telling you just what it says on the tab and that is the "Computers" hooked up.
I have the version 2 so if you got version 3 it may not look the same but I think it does.
Like here on mine it is some what like yours but I am using a router.
Your see what I added to the screen shot.
2. I have to give rights or I can not get online.
3. It see's the other computer hooked to the router but the two computer are not networked so I can get to the other computer from this one because I never made it that was but I could if I wanted to.
So it does not matter if it is unknown and blocked because I can turn that computer and get online still because it does not matter and is just using the same router to the cable.
So once you change it to trust it will be green looking also.
Also on that 1st white line on yours and mine is the network card in are computer we are hooked up to.
The next line as I said is your computer or in my case it see's the router that helps hide the computer.
In any of the tabs that the lines are all grayed out looking you can delete them because they are to programs you no longer have or temp files used in a install or upgrade.
It's a great program even if your using the free version.
I got the paid version that the CEO gave me in a contest so that is good for one year and then I think I will pay to keep it because it has been good to me.
Go here
http://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2 and run the Shields UP! test. Then your see the ShieldsUP!! Services and the menu buttons below it. Click each and run the test.
Your want to be Stealth on all your ports. If you are your get a "perfect "TruStealth" rating."
A router can stop so many from seeing your PC and all the junk pings and hits were most are safe but the firewall still sees them nd may ask what to do. But get a router and then all the added junk out there scanning the internet will not see yea.

Your system has achieved a perfect "TruStealth" rating. Not a single packet — solicited or otherwise — was received from your system as a result of our security probing tests. Your system ignored and refused to reply to repeated Pings (ICMP Echo Requests). From the standpoint of the passing probes of any hacker, this machine does not exist on the Internet. Some questionable personal security systems expose their users by attempting to "counter-probe the prober", thus revealing themselves. But your system wisely remained silent in every way. Very nice.

If you ever do get a router then you got to do the hookup and renew of your IP address or you can not get online.
Q: How do I release and renew my IP address on my computer?
You have to do this adding and taking away a router.
