Two problems I am expetiencing-
1 infuriating appearance of popunders which freeze the screen until you bring them up and cancel them.
2 When trying to access mail or trash, sent etc I will receive a message that the internet has stopped working this may or may nor restart if it restarts I am taken back to desktop page if if it does not windows will look for an answer.

Which version of Windows; subtype [Home, Ultimate ] & SP?
RIGHT click "computer" / "my computer".
Left click "properties".

Which browser & version? IE 6 or IE 7; FireFox 2.x or 3.x?

It sounds like you have malicious software on your computer. Unfortunately, this is not the forum for assistance.

Personally, I think you should click on the "report" link of your post and ask the moderator to move your thread to the malware removal forum, to be certain that the malware is gone.
