Wink Facebook Inbox - Is it REALLY secure???
I have been told that Facebook inbox is not really secure as far as other people with access to your computer being able to read your inbox messages. Is this true? What if they are deleted, can they still be accessed? Is there a way to maybe find your password on your computer even if "remember me" is not checked?

Really Secure? No
It depends on the level of security required.

Pagefile.sys
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PagingWindows uses the paging file as temporary storage for the memory dump. When the system is rebooted, Windows copies the memory dump from the pagefile to a separate file and frees the space that was used in the pagefile.

When we delete a file, it is not gone in the same sense that information on a white board is gone after we erase the white board.

If someone can physically access your computer, they can create a clone
[ exact copy ] of your hard disk drive using HDD cloning software, such as Acronis
True Image.

Yes. Yes. and Yes.

Ask the NSA.

You need to maintain physical possession of your computer, which is a problem when swimming or sleeping. Laptops can be easily stolen. It is a dangerous world in which we compute.

To truly delete a file [ this will not work for pagefile.sys while your PC is in use, but will work when you are ready to no longer use your PC ], you need to use a wipe utility.

Also, if your computer uses hibernation, all information from your computer's memory / ram is stored in hiberfil.sys .

Nothing that travels over electronics or a public network like the internet, is ever truly "secure".
If you're worried about privacy, then NO. Your email is not private. Never was, probably never will be, and it should not be considered as such.
