So we cannot really say yes or no to your question.
What indicates that you have spyware if you got any alerts?
I saw a thread you posted to that you asked about using Ebay to buy games, are you afraid that

I asked an Admin about links like that in signatures that go to the poster's own site and they told me anyone is allowed to have them as long as they do not actively post in threads to go to their own site for help.... But, the signature links are OK to have.
