Help !

New to this. Windows vista home. Spybot keeps warning (every 2 to 3 seconds) about a change to my registry. wextract_cleanup0. I, maybe foolishly, denied the change (didnt know what it was for !) and told it to remember the action. whats going on ??
Grateful for any help.
