Dear srprashant,
Sorry for the delay! As you could see, i was neck deep wading thru' a-squared false positives. I am providing below a link from the Kaspersky forum where guys having the same problem as yours were tossing the grenade around! Disabling all the protective features in KIS seems to have resolved the issue. Anyway,it's better you go thru' the discussion and toggle around.Your way of solving the problem after reading the info' may prove better!http://forum.kaspersky.com/lofiversi...hp/t98178.html

hey,

I sent a letter to kaspersky support. They responded, though there wasn't too much of a difference. I asked them to look into the matter again. I used the kaspersky support and it wasn't too encouraging

Dear srprashant,
The Kaspersky's support team's poor response is one problem area many people face. It would be ideal to register yourself in the Kaspersky forum where the discussions and suggestions are more helpful.

hey,

The kaspersky forum guys were a bit too rude. Anyways, the kasperky people sent me a solution. The net seems to work. Except during the automatic updates, there problems starts again. Once the update stops the net works again.
if u permit me I'll comp paste the solution out here for the benefit of other users

Dear srprashant,
I am happy that your prob. is ultimately solved! Instead of pasting the entire page, i would suggest that you right-click and "copy" the url in the address bar of the Kaspersky forum page that provided the solution. Then come to this reply box and on top you can see a globe with a sort of chain link. Click on it and it shows" Please enter the URL of your link".Below that you can see a box starting with http:// and paste the copied link there and just click ok. That provides us all viewers a hyperlink which will show that you are tech-savvy enough! Best wishes!
