i need some help in getting rid of a error message that comes up while logged onto my vista pc. message does not go away and brings up runtime errors on programs rundll32.exe and explorer.exe and after i click ok on the message box the screen flashes and it comes up again.

Please post the exact text of the message. Neither rundll32 nor explorer use the C++ libraries, so how is that involved?
