If I uninstall Live Update3.2,Will that also uninstall Live Update Notce?

Look in Add/Remove Programs list- if both show up there, you probably have to run the UNinstall for each one.....

What are you uninstalling, a Norton/Symantec product?

You can use the Norton Removal Tool found Here. It will get rid of any Norton/Symantec leftovers. Just choose the link that's appropriate for the Norton product you want to remove.
