Internet problem - Please help!
Well, this is my first time posting on this site. If I posted this in the wrong place, forgive me.

Well, I have a problem with my internet. About 3ish weeks ago my internet started randomly disconnecting itself for about 20-30 seconds. I'm a gamer, so it's really hard to get into stuff knowing somewhere down the line I'm going to disconnect. I've never had this problem before, so I have no clue what to do. I have Comcast with a wired router. Could someone help me out please?

Thanks in advance, and again, I apologize if this is posted in the wrong place.

derek,
welcome to tech support guy,
.
well, maybe you really did post it in the right forum,
if it's some kind of malware / spyware that is causing your problem,
this forum would be a good start,
then if it gets figured out that you DON'T have that problem,
you can then MOVE it to the networking forum,
or whatever a moderator recommends,
.
to move it:
- you may click: report
- type in: move to [your choice]
and a moderator will move it for you,
.
see, they make it easy here,
NOTE:
don't just start another thread there though,
that is against forum guidelines,

Have you tried contacting Comcast to see if there is any trouble at their end?
