Daughter's laptop runs MS Vista
I loaded Webroot IS on a recommendation.
Now, MS Word opens but immediately freezes.
U can finally close it, but U can't use it.
Everything else we use runs alright.
Now I don't know what to do.
I left Norton the Hog for Webroot, but U can only buy so many
59.99 security programs before feeling like U R throwing money away.
Plus, just bought a new PC that's running XP but don't want the same problem I have with the laptop running Vista.
Suggestions?
