Conficker Doomsday Worm Sells Out For $49.95.

Last night (April 8, 2009) the dreaded Conficker worm finally got the update we've been waiting for since April 1. ... Kaspersky Labs' analysis of the new payload concludes this morning that Conficker is now serving victims a fake anti-virus product that offers to remove malware for $49.95.

Conficker worm hits University of Utah computers.

University of Utah officials say a computer virus has infected more than 700 campus computers, including those at the school's three hospitals.

Why does it get to places like this when they should know better and have someone check that the PC are updated and clean.
