Unhappy Need advice plz
Two days ago I downloaded Defender Pro 2009 15-1 from a disc I purchased. Nothing unusual happened at that time, but next time I tried to log on, my table top computer started going crazy. It would boot up while stating there was some problem on D drive, but ran thru everything so fast I was unable to read it. It then started a scan which was also interrupted by log on processes and the "big fix" popped up with info, accompanied by notation that system had recovered from a serious error.. I hit "dont send" and the next message popped up stating that there was a problem and windows had to close! which it did, rebooting itself almost immediately. This process kept repeating itself over and over, never allowing time for me to close the compter in normal fashion before recycling itself. I eventually turned it off at the tower. I have attempted to restart it since that time with much the same scenario.
At first I thot I prolly had a "bug" of some sort, but while checking out Defender Pro on line yesterday I came across several other folks who claimed their computers had "crashed" after uploading this product. How can I tell if my system is indeed destroyed by the program or has a virus or such infecting it? And how do I correct which ever one is the culprit? Thank you.

I cannot find anything that states this program is spyware or virus itself, but it sure sounds like it and I would uninstall it while you still can. If you have any difficulty doing so try Revo Uninstaller from here:

Well you are getting online to post this so download it on whatever you are using to post on this forum and either burn to cdr or copy to flash drive and then use on that computer.
