any idea why I am now getting the following window when ever I try to go to any webpage? ( Vista)

If I click Ok then it goes to the wenpage OK but Id like to get rid of this annoying thing!

i tried to delete the file but the problem is still there!
I also am no longer able to access hotmail, Im wondering if this is connected?

i ran window washer after deleting it & that did the trick!
