why when I install a program in my computer from a disc the computer start to slow do
Hi there
My laptop is a acer aspire 1640z. I re-installed the xp because I was having problems. I found something, everytime I install a program/application from a disc, after restarting the system the mouse and the keyword don't respond properly and the cpu usge is very high, more than 90%

It happened when I installed my webcam (creative), and then when I installed another aplications for the university and when I installed a copy of microsoft ofice
