Woot!
At this moment it's working.
Now lets see if I can explain what all I did.

This works on my setup. Cable Modem to Netgear "wired" router. PC is slot ,1 XBox in slot 4.
I didn't set up anything in the router it was all a ZA problem.
OK,
In ZA I have Windows Media Player, Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service, and the Network sharing service config all set as trusted.
(see pic 1)
They have Port forward rules as explained in previous posts.
Did the idea found at the top of this page;

Have you tried to do this and see if it helps?
Are the DNS and DHCP servers listed as Trusted in the Zones of the Firewall? Like this?
Make sure your DNS and DHCP server IP's are in your Firewall's Trusted zone. Finding DNS and DCHP servers, etc
1. Go to Run and type in command and hit 'ok', and in the command then type in ipconfig /all then press the enter key. In the returned data list will be a line DNS and DHCP Servers with the IP address(s) listed out to the side. Make sure there is a space between the ipconfig and the /all, and the font is the same (no capitals).
2. In ZA on your machine on the Firewall, open the Zones tab, click Add and then select IP Address. Make sure the Zone is set to Trusted. Add the DNS IP(s) .
3. Click OK and Apply. Then do the same for the DHCP server.
4. The localhost (127.0.0.1) must be listed as Trusted.
5. The Generic Host Process (svchost.exe) as seen in the Zone Alarm's Program's list must have server rights for the Trusted Zone.
Plus it must have both Trusted and Internet Access.

Still didn't see the XBox so I went into the XBox 360's network config.
Added the IP and Subnet Mask numbers to ZA just like the quote had me do with the PC's numbers.
(see pic 2) I didn't know what numbers are dangerous in the public eye so I cleared most of them. Just enter your numbers.
Now, exactly what step worked? Not sure. That is all I did to get it working for me.

My guess is just ports and adding the XBox IP numbers, but I'll let you work that out .
I truly hope this can help someone else get their XBox 360 and WMP 11 working again.
