Exclamation HELP _security question
In reply to who answered my question, I do not know how to change the settings. I have tried all of them, zone settins, etc. Or i am doing something wrong, or i am just not a PC maven, and dont know what I am doing.

Open your IE8 Options, under the Security tab, Internet, click on Custom Level. Make sure you're set to default, or lower it. In the same window, on top of your chosen security level, make sure that downloads are enabled in the list.

Hi again, I know I probably sound like a really stupid person, but which list are you referring to?

Open your IE8 Options, under the Security tab, click on Custom Level. Scroll down that list you'll have there.

Don't worry, you're not.

Perhaps it's a security setting from Incredimail that you should check? Or from your firewall? Or from your antivirus?

What gallery are you referring to?

incredimail has a gallery to download content, for e-cards, notifiers, or animations, which can be put into e-mails. They are so cute, and really nice. But now its stopped working. My antivirus is ok its eset, licenced version. Until now my firewall did not make a problem, and incredimail doesnt have any real security settings, just normal ones like most e-mails.

Are you having trouble with any other downloads from the Web, when not using Incredimail?

If you know the exact address this gallery is coming from, try adding the address to the Trusted sites in IE8. You can do this again from your Internet Options, under the Security tab. Choose Trusted sites.

Try the procedure in post #13 to see if you can at least download from your gallery.
