Solved: virus guard required
Hi

What is the best free virus guard available online to download,
any idea. Im currently using AVG FREE Version is this a good virus guard

I recommend Avast
Built in Antispyware protection
Built in Rootkit protection
regular updates
low system resources

AVG is way too bloated these days and has become a bit of a resource hog. I also think AVG throws up too many false positives too.
