Question Problem with viewing Norton 360 backup
I have removed Norton 360 version 3 from my computer after I had to have my whole hard drive wiped due to a virus. I have another virus software on my computer now as I have lost faith with Norton. However now I cannot open my backed up files on my external hard drive. I don't want to reinstall Norton can any experts help!!

Backup formats are usually proprietory, so you need to use Norton to read its own files.

You need to have norton atleast temporarily installed to retrieve those back-up files
