Nortons 360

Hi,

I have Nortons 360 installed on my computer, since I purchased it brand new approximately 6 months ago. I don't seem to have had any problems in that time until now.

I have CCleaner installed as well, and have done so for quite awhile as well. Again, no problems so far...until now.

It seems that Nortons has detected CCleaner as 'malware' and wants to remove it. Why after all this time? I haven't updated CCleaner that I know of. Anyway around this?

Correction: the program I am referring to is Adaware not CCleaner. Nortons has made me remove it as 'malware'. Why?

Some programs just don't play well with others. Incompatible with the way they operate.
AdAware is also not as highly thought of as they once were.
I use SuperAntiSpyware, MalwareBytes, SpywareBlaster and WinPatrol for most of my security needs.
