hi im putting kaspersky 2009 on my pc plus webrootspysweeper and spywareblaster is this overkill or will it be ok

It will be fine unless you are using Spysweeper version with antivirus then no but regular Spysweeper is fine with Kaspersky. Now you should be aware that Kaspersky can drag down a system and so can Spysweeper. Spywareblaster does not really run in the background so there should be no issues there. Better to run Nod 32 and Superantispyware pro for less system drag.
