Solved: Problem
Hi All
I am a complete novice , so please bear with me.
This appeared on my computer , and wont go off.
MsnMsgr.Exe - Bad Image
It says - The application or DLL C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger\custsat.dll is not a valid windows image . Please check this against your installation diskette.
Could someone please tell me , in real layman terms , what to do about this , and how.
Thanking you in anticipation , please treat me as a comp nerd !!

Uninstall Windows Live Messenger. To do so:
  1. Press the Windows button on your keyboard, or launch the Start Menu using your cursor.
  2. Select the "Run..." option.
  3. In the prompted box, enter RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
  4. Press the Enter button on your keyboard, or click "OK."
  5. When you are prompted and asked to restart your computer, click "Yes."
Install the latest version from here.
