Question Solved: odd error, Exception processing message
"Exception processing message Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c"

My boss told me that it was probably itunes related, but with itunes uninstalled, i still get the error.

Running Xp sp3

Found a program that is marked as a worm that is an active process. csrss.exe is running as a system process. It says that it could be a worm but some versions are a critical windows process. I dont know if this helps or not, but i figured i would throw it in

One more i just found. lsass.exe is a running process marked as a trojan,i didnt realize that i was this bad off...

starting new post with an hjt log, you can see it here

Please download and install HijackThis by clicking here.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything

csrss.exe and lsass.exe are legitimate Windows processes depending of course on their location and if malware is disguised as those files.

That's not an antivirus. It's an antispyware. Not the same. And Ad-Aware is pretty much average...

Since I was unable to get help here, i got help elsewhere. I ran a program called ComboFix and it solved the problem

I hope you were assisted by an experienced Malware Removal technician. ComboFix is a powerful tool that should never be used without proper supervision. It could even render your computer inoperable!
