Dear jumbo 1,
I use Windows Defender on automatic schedule for scanning and also have the automatic update option on. I may not be able to configure the "OX" problem, but i am posting a thumbnail, taken straight from the "Help" section and if you have already gone thru' these steps, then forget it! It may come in useful for somebody else!! Best wishes.

Dear srprashant,
Did you download from the right site? Or ,is it a night site? Uninstall using Revo ,restart and re-install SAS and see how it goes! With SAS Pro too, i faced a problem, like the updates were manual(first thing in the morn.) and as soon as the update was over the full scan used to begin! I checked all the options and there was no prompt from the program to start automatically! Now, it's behaving like a good boy! Dad has stopped calling me a bothersome fellow ever since i visited the "Horn of Africa" on a learn and teach and treat mission ( nothing religious)!

PS: It's the crying boys who are totally ignored by parents in Korea! It's a kind of psychological punishment for tantrums! Smart cookies, these Koreans are!
