help me
ive got my mates laptop,

there was this virus, the privacy center one, and it was on startup and nothing else loaded, ctrl alt del was disable, went into safe mode as admin, uninstalled that programme, installed malwarebyte and did scan, deleted both the infected user accounts, made a new user account..and everything was sorted, except that i had to manually start explorer using ctrl alt del..installed spysweeper and did scan, nothing came up...i created another user, and went in and nothing would load, just background, ctrl alt del was disbaled, safe mode again, and it took forever for it to get past windows is starting up, when it did, i logged in as admin, task manager to start explorer, which was dead slow, now its here, and theres no start bar, so i went to start malwarebyte and it says

run time error 372, failed to load control vbalgrid frp, vbalgrid6.oxc, your version of vbalsgrid6.oxc may be outdated. make sure your using the version of the control that was provoided with your application,

i just reinstralled malwarebyte and now scanning, tried opening spysweeper, but nothing happend.

i need to give this laptop back by tomorow, so i really need help, and i havnt got a boot disk.

Has Malwarebytes detected anything yet?

vbalsgrid6.ocx is a process belonging to the vbAccelerator S-Grid Control program. The vendor of the application seems to be Malwarebytes.
