CA Firewall

Help! I have CA Security Suite via Brighthouse Networks. The problem is, I cannot get the Firewall to open in order to adjust the settings. I can open the virus and spyware settings. However the firewall will not open like the rest. I have tried everything. To top it off I constantly get a firewall alert that "DNA is trying to act as a server". When I click deny and save this setting, it just comes right back up. I don't know where else to turn. CA is NO HELP!
