Computer crashing and not shutting down..
Hi, I'm not sure if this is in the right place or not but..
I seem to be having two problems with my pc lately:
1. It never shuts down, just stays on shut-down screen forever..
2. Crashing at least once a day. All sound from my speakers stops about 5 seconds before it crashes. When it does crash it restarts itself...

I have run AVG many a times since this started and it's not finding anything...
Some help asap would be great!
Cheers..
Jake

Thanks again!

Maybe you could tell us what you're doing at the time of crashing, e.g. playing 3D games, browsing the internet with flash apps open, listening to music, etc.
