Problem updating Malwarebytes' (non-free)
I am trying to update my malwarebytes'. However, it says please check if you are connected to the internet and that your firewall is not blocking the update of malwarebytes.
I use KIS2009 and I am almost certain that it isn't blocking malwarebytes'.
Malwarebytes' has its real-time protection enabled.

You are not alone - have you seen these threads about failure to update over at the MBAM site

I use the free version of MBAM and have had no problems updating on XP or Vista.

It could be glitches in their programming that is blocking it.

Have you done antivirus and antispyware scans with KIS2009 since disabling real-time MBAM protection?

I can only update the program under the main Admin account or do a run-as and open Malwarebytes and then update it.
