Solved: Is Ad-Aware free 2008 no longer supported?
I have been unable to download updates for several days. It looks like it starts but notjhing downloads. A neighbor thinks is no longer supported.

What say you?

Do you use the paid version or the free edition?

You might have to upgrade your version to the anniversary edition.
However, the new edition is not very good.

Consider trying out something like super antispyware and malwarebytes' antimalware.

Ad-Aware 2008 is still supported as far as update definitions is concerned. Apparently several people are having this problem and Lavasoft is looking into it.

I suggest you watch the following thread where news should be posted soon.

It suddenly started working this afternoon and is now downloading. I did nothing to fix it.

Well that's good. It seems to have been a problem on their end.
