ok something happened to my laptop the screen is white and the letters are black when i turn it on it says

this computer system, #1YCWX21-595B, is protected by a password authentication system. you cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password.
please type in the primary or administrator password and press <Enter>
and i dont have the password so how do i get in? it wont let me press f8 or f12
