Unhappy want to format my notebook to get rid of gphone
Hi everyone.....

The gphone and other viruses has got my laptop.
I want to format my laptop. How do i take a back up without gphone.
Also please tell me how to format my computer.
I have windows vista home edition.

You have to backup individual files. You can't take a complete system backup or image without including the viruses. Then you'll need to scan those files to be sure they're not infected.
