Avira suddenly became locked
I had Avira scan this folder in my computer for viruses and it completed but afterwards, the program didn't respond. I tried exiting it also through ctrl+alt+dlt but it didn't work. The same message that Avira was locked by the system came up. I've never seen this message before but have encountered the program not responding. Can anyone help me?
Thanks

im guessing its either a bug in your avira software or you have a virus that locks avira. where did u download it and what are your settings?

I'm with CruizRisner, you either got a bug, or a virus that was coded to attack Avira Software.

Please click here to download and install the HijackThis installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything

Hmm
When the "locking" happened, I restarted and still had the problem.
But I just scanned several folders and it never locked.
So for now, I'll close this thread. Thanks anyways for trying to help
