New day, same ol' problems!!!!!!!
I have windows 98 with RegCur ,Windows Defender,Advance System Care, and SuperAntiSpyware4 installed on my computer. The RegCur is a registered version which I paid for. My question and/or problem is that it seems everyday/every time that I log on to my P.C. its running slow and I need to run scans and clean or repair whatever problems are on there. Shouldn't my programs catch thoe things on its own so I dont have to run the scans everyday? The other problem is I ran one of those free scans and it said I had some dangeroues viruses on my PC which none of my defenses seem to protect me from. Can you reccomend one or two security programs that would help take care of my security issues. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Walter M

Which free antivirus scans did you run? There are now lots of fake antivirus programs/web scans that claim you are infected and prompt you to buy their product - which doesnt perform antivirus functions at all.
