I got rid of some programs on my computer to free up some space. After I deleted these programs I am still able to access the internet, but I'm no longer able to get into sites that require passwords. (email, myspace, ect.) It says error on page, and says something about my firewall. My firewall has been disabled for quite awhile and I haven't had any problems until I deleted these programs. After running into this problem I tried to enable my firewall, but at this point it's not even allowing me to do that. I cannot figure out which important program I must've deleted that would've effected my internet in such a way. Any help would be appreciated.

Website logon names and passwords are usually stored as cookies. So if you deleted cookies manually, or using some cleanup program, that would account for you problem. Not much you can do except logon to the sites and check a box to remember logon.Some cookie cleaners allow you to set up exclusions so it doesn't keep happening.
