Solved: AVG removed File MSG Plus Live-481[1].exe
Had message from AVG saying incorrect file above checksum (CRC) the file is probably password, so successfully removed from my computer. Seem to be having trouble with MSG Plus Live, don't know how I got it, I did remove the Plus Live program, although Live Messenger is still there. Would it be a good idea to remove Messenger completely and start again or would that bring its problems? I did google the file and it seemed that the file was perfectly okay, can anyone explain. Many thanks for any advice once again.

Hey mavisgg!

I'm not quite sure I understand what your problem is. Could you rephrase? Thanks!
MsgPlusLive-481.exe is a perfectly fine file if that's what you'e asking.

Red face MsgPlus Live 481 exe
Hi d4rkn1ght,

Sorry not to have explained the problem properly and great to know that the file is perfectly fine. Having googled it and finding information that it seemed fine I then wondered why would AVG remove it, that was why I worried about it and asked for advice although I can quite see on reading email that it was not clear Would you know why AVG would remove it? Thanks so much for taking the trouble to reply.

Best regards
Mavis

I don't like to do System Restore because I am researching my family history and inputting data all the time. I did lose a lot of data once so would not do that again. Thank you for your help. Regards Mavis
